‘Long Island Medium’ Theresa Caputo crosses over to the jewelry biz

As if traveling the country delivering messages from spirits, filming six seasons of a hit reality show and writing books wasn’t enough to keep her busy, “Long Island Medium” Theresa Caputo is crossing over… to the jewelry industry.

Given her signature big, blonde hair, always manicured, extra long fingernails and unabashed affection for bling and high heels, it was only a matter of time until Caputo entered the fashion world. But beyond using her new jewelry line to spread the glam, the medium wanted to, in typical Theresa fashion, deliver a heart-felt message.

“I really just wanted to give something to my clients… for them to be able to honor someone whether they’re passed away, or they’re still here in the physical world,” she told amNewYork.

The custom pieces are wearable memories– anything from a grandmother’s handwriting to a child’s artwork to the family pet’s likeness can be translated into silver or gold. Other spirit-inspired pieces, including delicate hearts with wings, can be engraved or worn as they are.

Jeweled Moments, The Theresa Caputo Collection ranges from $39 to about $115, and is available now at jeweledmoments.com. (More is in the works, including a men’s line.)
