The NYPD is investigating the death of a man who was shot in Brooklyn on Tuesday night.
Police say that at 10:31 p.m. on May 5, officers responded to a 911 call regarding a man shot in front of 1144 Bergen Street. Upon their arrival, officers found 25-year-old Oshea Barnes with a gunshot wound to his chest.
EMS rushed Barnes to NYC Health & Hospitals/Kings County, where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
