Sunday saw local pups become fashion plates at the 17th Annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade. Clockwise from above: Bella, a beagle mix, was the Red Baron in a costume that her owner, Jennifer Cruz, an art director from Westchester, made on a $20 budget; in canine shades of the controversial Leather Street Festival on Weehawken St. a few weeks ago, Michael Berger and Zoe came dressed in matching S&M costumes, with Zoe, a 4-year-old Italian greyhound, playing submissive in bodysuit, muzzle and spiked collar; a Paris Hilton look-alike toted a doggie attired appropriately in prison stripes; Best in Show was won by Bandit, sporting a circa 1970s Elvis costume.
