A man and his teenage daughter died when a fire broke out in a Bronx apartment on Sunday afternoon, Jan. 14, 2018, officials said. The blaze started just after noon in the fourth-floor apartment of a New York City Housing Authority building in the Throggs Neck section of the borough, an FDNY spokeswoman said.
