The NYPD is investigating the death of a man who appears to have fallen to his death on Sunday night.
Police say that at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 22, officers from the 83rd Precinct responded to a 911 regarding a man in need of help at 1505 Broadway. Upon their arrival, officers found a 23-year-old man lying face down, unconscious and unresponsive, in the rear of the location.
The victim, whose identity hasn’t been released at this time, had injuries indicative of a fall from an elevated position. Paramedics responded to the location and declared the victim dead at the scene.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.
