Menin forms 2013 committee

Community Board 1 Chair Julie Menin officially announced her formation of a General 2013 Committee at last month’s C.B. 1 full board meeting.

“It’s not for any specific [elected] office,” said Menin. “I will make that determination in the future.”

Menin’s announcement received some praise and positive feedback from various C.B. 1 members at the meeting.

“I was thrilled and gratified by the board members’ comments,” said Menin. “It was very humbling.”
