A pervy parolee is on the run from police after he allegedly flashed and masturbated in front of five women on the subway in the course of one month — mostly striking in the Financial District, cops say.

Kenneth Wiley, 33, on parole after serving two prison stints for drug convictions, is accused of masturbating in front of four women and exposing himself to a fifth in Manhattan, according to police.

The flasher police identified as Wiley first aroused suspicion after he asked for directions and then masturbated under his sweatshirt in front of a 27-year-old woman riding the F train at 1 a.m. on Monday March 28, before leaving the train at W. 47th St., police say.

He struck again on Friday April 1, when a 23-year-old woman spotted him masturbating on a northbound 1 train around 8:25 a.m. and then getting out at the Greenwich and Rector St. station, according to police.

On Friday April 29, police say the same man again masturbated in front of a 40-year-old woman sitting across from him on a southbound E train around 5:35 p.m., then left the train with the witness at the Chambers St. stop.

It seems he got right on the next train, however, since a 23-year-old woman told police that she was approached by Wiley just five minutes later on another southbound E, where he asked her a question and then exposed himself before getting out at the Canal St. stop, cops say.

The next day around 1 a.m. he masturbated in front of another 30-year-old woman riding a southbound N train, before getting out at the Cortlandt St. stop, according to police.

Wiley is described as about 6-feet-tall, 195lbs, with short, black hair, and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo with the word “Browns” on his hand and has another on his arm that says “Brooklyn,” cops say. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, black hat and black jeans.
