Listing agent Mary Ann Cinelli of Brown Harris Stevens says it’s getting a lot of attention. On the market for $550,000, the home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a separate artist’s studio that’s around 100 square feet. It was built around 1980 and is filled with rustic finishes, including wooden ceilings and beams. “It’s just adorable,” Cinelli says. “Out here we have so many mansions, so this is something different and unique. I think it’s great for maybe an artist, maybe someone with a boat who wants something tiny in town.” By Lisa Chamoff Special to Newsday Share on Facebook Share on Twitter More on this topic 10 Carrie Bradshaw-approved NYC apartments with killer closetsBecause shoes need private time too.
