Comedian Jerry Seinfeld settled a pair of lawsuits in a Manhattan court on June 1, reports the Daily Mail.

One of the lawsuits was over an allegedly unauthentic classic Porsche that he sold at auction for $1.54 million. Seinfeld, who currently hosts the Netflix show “Comedians and Cars getting Coffee,” sold a 1958 Porsche 356A 1500 GS/GT Carrera Speedster at an auction in Florida in 2016, under the assumption that it was one of the few of its kind to sport a certain factory-original paint job and interior combination.

In 2019, the buyer of the car alleged that the color scheme was not done in the factory, then sued Seinfeld. The comedian and TV legend also felt he had been tricked, so he sued the dealer that sold him the Porsche.

An avid collector of cars, Seinfeld sold the Porsche as part of a lot of 17 cars he auctioned off through Gooding + Company in Florida, for a whopping $22.2 million………..

This month marks the return of one of the Big Apple’s most prestigious festivals. Boasting a 12-day collective of star-studded movie premieres and parties everyone yearns to attend, the Tribeca Film Festival will screen over 100 feature films from 40 countries.

Combining in-person with virtual events, Jennifer Lopez‘s Netflix documentary “Halftime” will open the festival on June 8. The film overlooks the Bronx native’s life.

The festival will also reportedly reunite its co-founder Robert De Niro with his “Heat” co-star Al Pacino and director Michael Mann to celebrate the 1995 crime drama’s place in film history.

De Niro told Reuters, “It was a movie I worked hard on. Michael Mann is a very particular director. He wants things done a certain way and rightfully so…and that’s what makes the movie special. I’m happy to share it with the festival audience and to get a few of us together.”…….
