Jon Hamm, star of AMC’s “Mad Men,” has undergone a 30-day rehab treatment for alcohol abuse.
The actor’s representative told Variety on Tuesday. “With the support of his longtime partner, Jennifer Westfeldt, Jon Hamm recently completed treatment for his struggle with alcohol addiction,” his rep told the publication. “They have asked for privacy and sensitivity going forward.”
Hamm, 44, plays troubled advertising executive Don Draper in the four-time Emmy Award-winning drama, which begins its seven-episode final run on April 5.
After completing rehab for alcohol abuse, Jon Hamm is reportedly doing well.
“People around him have known for a while about his problem with alcohol,” a source told E! News. “He’s doing well now and appears to be much happier.”
We’re so glad to hear that our favorite Mad Man is doing well.
