It was so warm on New Year’s Day that Joey Joey, a street performer from the Bronx, decided to do his act in the fountain at Washington Sq. Park. He juggled flaming sticks, rode a unicycle, swallowed daggers and swords of various sizes and worked a Japanese tourist, and a lot of comedy, into his routine.
