The upcoming week’s schedule of Community Board 1 committee meetings is below. Unless otherwise noted, all committee meetings are held at the board office located at 49 Chambers St., Room 709.
On Thur., July 14, the Tribeca Committee will meet at 6 p.m. to discuss: the resolution about a Tribeca kid safety zone from Harrsion St. to Warren St.; a resolution regarding the eviction of rent stabilized tenants from a building subject to demolition at 131 Duane St.; a resolution about street activity permit to close sidewalk and one lane of West Broadway in front of Odeon restaurant for its 25th anniversary; a resolution for a liquor license application for QDT Inc. at 111 Reade St.; a resolution for an application to modify a side walk café license for 20 tables and 40 seats a 192- A Duane St.; a resolution for a liquor license for 100 Lafayette LLC; a resolution for a liquor license for Kyromina Inc. at 274 Greenwich St.; and a resolution for a liquor license for Hersha Hospitality management, d/b/a/ Hotel Tribeca at 130 Duane St.
On Mon., July 18, the Waterfront Committee will meet at 6 p.m. for Segment 3 Design presentation by Hudson River Park Trust.
On Tues., July 19, the Seaport/ Civic Center Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. for the presentation on the reconstruction of Beekman St. from Gold St. to Park Row; to discuss the reversal of Spruce St.; to discuss the speed bumps on Gold St. between Beekman and Spruce Sts.
On Wed., July 20, the Executive Committee will meet at 6 p.m. to review the new committee structure and the role of the Chairs; to review committee reports.
