These cops, and their animal friends, got into the Halloween spirit on Monday and over the weekend. From Mounted Unit horses readying for trick-or-treaters to a badged storm trooper doing some paper work, the department really went all out. Photo Credit: NYPD The NYPD's Animal Cruelty Investigation Squad asked "#WhoWoreItBest" as they tweeted out a photo of Elsa from "Frozen" and her doggy counterpart, wishing everyone a happy Halloween.
