Four-month-old Gracie (front) and Boo-Boo are looking for homes after Rich and Patti Brotman rescued them from Battery Park in November. Two of the kittens’ siblings and their mother have already been adopted. Also in need of homes are three of the BlackBerries, the kittens rescued from the Goldman Sachs construction site over the summer. The five BlackBerries were all initially adopted two months ago, but a couple of the homes didn’t work out. The family that adopted Silkey and Chicklet found that Chicklet was too shy, so they exchanged the pair for a pair of the Battery Park kittens. And Pearl, another BlackBerry, did not get along with an older cat in her new home, so Brotman switched her with the mother of the Battery Park kittens. All the remaining kittens are healthy. Anyone interested in adopting them or making donations on their behalf to the nonprofit City Critters can e-mail the Brotmans at RBrotpaw@aol.com.
