Wednesday morning, at West Broadway and Prince St. in Soho, a man shoveled snow out of his flatbed truck. The city’s second major snowstorm, on Tuesday night, turned out not to be as dire as anticipated, leaving Mayor Bloomberg, no doubt, breathing a sigh of relief.
