Traffic on Liberty and Cortlandt Sts. between Broadway and Church St. has been reversed as of July 22, according to the Department of Transportation. Liberty St.runs eastbound and Cortlandt St. runs westbound. This reversal is to accommodate street repairs, a spokesperson said; she did not return a call for comment on how long the change will be in effect. In addition, Cedar St. between Broadway and Trinity Pl. will be open for westbound traffic.
