Holiday movie screenings in NYC to get you in the festive spirit

It's not really the holidays without seeing at least one of the classic festive films. ("Elf," anyone?)

Whether you're one to marathon-watch "A Christmas Story" on Dec. 25 or you gather to enjoy "It's a Wonderful Life" as a family tradition, there are plenty of holiday movies to get you through the season.

If you prefer the big screen to your laptop screen, head out to these theaters, which will be playing a variety of holiday movies throughout December.
