Sarah Jessica Parker is playing games with your mind

Actress, producer, designer and now, alleged con artist?

Carrie Bradshaw doesn’t have enough puns and rhetorical questions to explain this one.

Sarah Jessica Parker excited fans Monday with an Instagram showing her skipping out of Bloomingdale’s, Carrie Bradshaw style.

“Well. I guess the cat’s out of the (little brown) bag. As usual, we will keep you posted on every detail as we are able. I’m under a strict gag order until then. Xx, Sj,” Parker posted.

The sparse details seemed to insinuate that yes, ‘Sex and the City’ is returning to New York.

With Fleet Week coming up, this would be the perfect opportunity for Samantha Jones to make her grande re-appearance.

On Tuesday, SJP posted yet another image of her standing in stilettos on top of a yellow cab, clearly posed for some type of shoot or publicity.

“Won’t mix business with pleasure. For any and all details, pop over to @sjpcollection.
Yours forever, Sj x”

“Forever” may not be so long if the ‘SATC’ star keeps playing these cruel mind games.

As it turns out, the big news under “gag order” was that SJP Collection, previously only available at Nordstroms and Neiman Marcus will soon be carried — yes, that’s the only Carrie we’re getting right now — at Bloomingdales.

SJP wrote:

“Pinch me, I’m dreaming. After months and months of sworn secrecy, I can finally shout the news from the rooftop. Or even better, from the iconic @bloomingdales awning. Welcome to New York, @sjpcollection. You’re going to love it here. Finally, a permanent home in NYC. Ps. Forgive me for any previous misunderstandings. Twenty lashes with a wet noodle. Yours forever, Sj x”

Will ‘SATC’ enthusiasts forgive SJP as easily as she forgave Mr. Big five seasons (and two movies) in a row?

Or was deception the worst possible way to get fans hyped up about her not-so-popular shoe line…

Perhaps she really is messing with all of us, big time, because this feels like a classic Carrie Bradshaw move.
