Thursday Feb. 13

Make Pasta & Fresh Mozzarella, Drink (Bottomless) Wine

This one is certainly hard to pass up. Head to 247 Water Street from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight for a chance to craft your own pasta with plenty of vino to pair. Also have sessions throughout the weekend.

Shake what your mama gave you! Head over to 200 Eastern Parkway tonight for a chance to get down like a pro for free from 6 to 9:30 p.m.


Friday Feb. 14

Valentine’s Day market in Grand Central Station

A lovey-dovey box of donut that will be for the taking at the Valentine’s Day Market at GC.

Grand Central’s pop-up market in the Taxi Stand on Vanderbilt Ave. will be full of tasty treats for melting even the frostiest hearts. Live music will accompany the market from 12 to 6 p.m., and six of the terminal’s sweetest confectioners will be selling Valentine’s-exclusive delights to make your day extra-special.

Brooklyn Design Center behind the scenes tour

Head to Filament at Industry City from 2 to 5 p.m. for a chance to tour a very cool and creative behind the scenes event. 


Times Square proposals and vow renewals

Whether you go to spend a memorable day with your significant other or to just watch all the people that have, Times Square will be hosting proposals and vow renewals all day. Called “The Knot” this special day will also feature a performance from Dear Evan Hansen cast members come 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 15

Swan Lake: 

The St. Petersburg Ballet Theatre’s production of Swan Lake comes to Brooklyn Academy of Music just in time to add a little romance to our lives. Legendary Russian prima ballerina Irina Kolesnikova will make her long-anticipated USA debut on Saturday, Feb. 15 and also Sunday, Feb. 16 at BAM’s Howard Gilman Opera House.


Australia Bushfire Charity Bowl- Winter 2020 Tournament

The Gutter Bar in Long Island City at 10-22 46th Avenue will be lining em’ up and knocking them down from 1 to 5 p.m. with proceeds from this tournament going to Australian wildfire relief.
