Brooklyn detectives are investigating yet another deadly shooting in the borough this weekend after a 28-year-old man was gunned down in a public housing complex Sunday afternoon.

Felton Durant, 23, took multiple bullets to his torso, buttocks and hand after a gunman opened fire on him in front of 100 Centre Mall within the Red Hook Houses complex at about 5:33 p.m. on April 25. Police believe the shooting may have been gang-related.

Law enforcement sources said Durant — who lived down the block on Columbia Street — was shot after three men approached him at the location and engaged him in a conversation.

It’s believed that a dispute broke out, during which one of the group members pulled out a gun and opened fire on Durant.

During the hail of gunfire, cops said, a shot went astray and grazed the arm of a 28-year-old man who was making a delivery nearby.

Following the shooting, the group fled in an unknown direction, police said.

Officers from the 76th Precinct responded to the scene. EMS rushed Durant to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Paramedics treated the injured delivery worker at the scene.

So far, no arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation.

Meanwhile, Bronx detectives are looking for the assassin who ambushed a 35-year-old man near a public park and shot him to death Friday night.

Authorities said the murder happened at about 11:42 p.m. on April 23 adjacent to Taylor Playground, at the corner of Taylor Avenue and Guerlain Street in Parkchester.

Law enforcement sources said the shooter arrived at the scene in a black Mercedes-Benz SUV, then got out and approached Jason Rivera, 32, of Staten Island as the victim talked to a friend who sat on a park bench.

Video footage obtained from the scene shows the perpetrator walking past Rivera, then doubling back and opening fire. Cops said the suspect fired multiple rounds at the victim, striking him in the head and torso.

Following the shooting, police reported, the gunman got back into the Mercedes-Benz SUV, which sped away eastbound on Guerlain Street toward White Plains Road.

Officers from the 43rd Precinct and EMS units responded to the scene. EMS rushed Rivera to Jacobi Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Cops described the shooter as a man standing between 5 feet, 7 inches and 5 feet, 8 inches tall, who wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, tan pants and white-and-black sneakers.
