Andrew Cuomo is a New Yorker through and through: He was born in Queens, went to local undergrad and law schools, and he has served as the state’s 56th governor since 2011.

He has also appeared on a number of lists naming him a potential candidate in the 2020 presidential election, though he hasn’t publicly expressed interest in running.
