At Saturday’s New York Dance Parade, more than 10,000 dancers mamboed, discoed, boogied, hula’ed, tangoed, swing-danced, sambaed and even pole-danced down Broadway from 21st St. to the Village. At Eighth St., they pirouetted to the left and headed to Tompkins Square Park, where they enjoyed DanceFest — free dance performances and lessons — and a Dance Party. In all, more than 74 forms of dance were on display at the parade and festival.
